Passionate educators committed to your child’s growth, confidence, and joy in learning — nurturing every child as a unique and valued part of our PECC family.
Janice has been the Director at Park for 12 years and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience. With a professional background in human resources, she is passionate about fostering a supportive and engaging environment for staff and families alike. Janice and her husband, Steve, have been married for nearly 40 years and share two adult children, two grandchildren, and a 14-year-old bonus daughter.
With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, Kamri began her career at Park as a floater and has served as Assistant Director for the past eight years. A Lexington native, she enjoys football and attending sporting events. In her free time, Kamri loves spending time with her close friends, family, and her dog, Mia.
Courtney joined Park after retiring from Morehead State University, where she taught early childhood education for 32 years. A credentialed trainer for Kentucky, she continues to share her deep expertise and passion for early learning. Courtney has been married to her high school sweetheart for 31 years, has two adult sons, and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first granddaughter in April 2026.

Park has been such an incredible second family for us. We have had 3 children go through the school and I am so thankful for the love, support, and leadership that all of the staff and teachers have shown throughout our time there. Janice (the director) runs the center like an extension of her family. She cares deeply for each of the families and teachers. You can tell it's a place that teachers and families are happy and proud to be a part of. Making the decision to send your children to daycare can be a tough one, but Park makes it easy. The children are well taken care of, develop the sweetest friendships, and learn and grow so much. In addition, Park offers a variety of programs and services for their families to take advantage of - children meals/snacks, soccer, dance, speech, occupational therapy, parent's night out, babysitting, and more. I couldn't recommend joining the Park family more!

The monthly Parent Nights Out, where they watch all three of our children, have been an absolute gift, giving my husband and me the chance to enjoy a date night together.We truly love Park and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a nurturing, joyful, and enriching school for your little one.
